Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the website are indicative only. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quote or order confirmation. Prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

Payment Terms

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated based on your location, order size, and product type. These charges will be included in your quote or order confirmation.

Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you upon full payment of all amounts due for the products.

5. Quality and Warranty

All our steel products are manufactured to relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS). We warrant that our products will be:

• Of acceptable quality
• Fit for their intended purpose
• Conforming to specifications and samples
• Free from defects in material and workmanship

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or use.

6. Returns and Claims

Inspection

You must inspect all products upon delivery and notify us of any visible damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and must be in original condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steel Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
